When we had a new heating and AC company arrive in our town I was really excited.
Our old heating and air conditioning supplier, while they were really nice and were great people, had way overpriced prices. It wasn’t always this way. In fact the price used to be some of the cheapest around. However, the word was that they were having some supply issues and with there being more demand and supply they had to charge more for the price of their HVAC products. So when a new heating and AC business came around I was hoping to snag some better deals. I loved my old Heating and cooling business, I knew every Heating and air conditioning employee by name, and they frequently held competitions where you could even win free he and I see products. Overall, they are a really great company that really cares about their customers. But, I was really looking to save money and so I decided that it would be best to at least give the other supplier a try. So I scheduled a maintenance appointment with the new HVAC business. When the heating and cooling worker came out to maintain my HVAC unit, he hardly said a word to me. In fact, he got annoyed when I asked him any questions at all and was very cold. It wasn’t just him either, I went to the company in person and nobody was friendly! Although they had better prices, it was obvious their customers meant nothing to them. I’m going back to my old supplier.
