When I began talking to this guy that I met through a group of friends, I had no idea that he had a crazy obsession with heat and air systems. He seemed absolutely friendly and personable when my buddy and I first met, but his obsession with heating and air slowly became more obvious the more my buddy and I communicated. He was an Heating and Air Conditioning specialist, so his entire afternoon revolved around Heating and Air Conditioning systems. I thought this was fascinating because I’d never met someone who was an Heating and Air Conditioning specialist before, so I asked him a few questions about his job out of curiosity. In the start, I took his knowledge and passion for heat and air as a sign that he absolutely loved his job. I thought this was a great quality. However, when I invited him over to my home one night, he wouldn’t stop talking about Heating and Air Conditioning systems. He spoke about random homeowners and their Heating and Air Conditioning horror stories and he began explaining the intricate details of Heating and Air Conditioning repairs… Of course I didn’t know much about Heating and Air Conditioning systems, so I smiled and acted like I knew what he was talking about. After 45 minutes of him talking non-stop about Heating and Air Conditioning systems, he asked if he could look at my Heating and Air Conditioning system. I thought he was joking, but unfortunately, he was not. He looked at the condenser unit, the air filter, the coils, and the air duct. After 2 hours of nothing but Heating and Air Conditioning talk, I asked him to leave. To this afternoon, I get flashbacks when the Heating and Air Conditioning professional comes to my home and talks to me about my Heating and Air Conditioning system.
