My sibling, Kora, and I recently moved to a modern area.
Since neither of us are married yet, my great friend and I decided to rent and home together to save on living expenses.
My buddy and I honestly like our modern home on the eastern coast. My buddy and I actually decided to transport because of an amazing job offer for Kora. It has been honestly great to be able to live near the beach. My buddy and I practically live on the water. My buddy and I hadn’t had any troubles with our modern home until last week. I walked over to the couch in the living room and realized that the floor was sopping wet. Because of the water, the laminate floor had started to swell and deform. At first, I couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from. I wiped up the water and told my sibling about it. It only took her a seconds to figure out the cause of the water, and it was the air conditioner in the window. For some reason, it was dripping water like ridiculous onto the floor under it. One of our friends who lived only a couple miles away from us is an an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional, so my great friend and I called him and asked why it was leaking, however he came over and was able to figure out what was wrong with the air conditioner, however Kora and I still had to tell our building owner about the ruined floor. Thankfully, he was genuinely kind and said that he had some extra flooring and that he would replace it for us. It’s ridiculous how something as charming as an air conditioner could do so much harm to our apartment.
