Working for small business

During my formative years our nation entered the most recent economic depression, and as you can imagine, my outlook on the world was deeply affected by the financial state of the country. I grew up feeling like I would be lucky to get any task, let alone to enter a fulfilling career. I never expected to be well paid or well compensated with benefits. I entirely always felt like tasks were temporary and unquestionably lost when times were bad. That’s how I developed a particular fear of working for small businesses. It always seemed more secure to work for a sizable supplier in my experience. These mornings, but, I am working for a tiny Heating and A/C corporation in town. I found the position with the ventilation business on accident as I was searching for a reputable heating and cooling business to service our own A/C one day. The nearest heating and cooling business had a task posting on their website that advertised an opening in the corporation office of the service shop. Within two weeks I was working for the little ventilation corporation with great trepidation, waiting for the economy to collapse and my butt to be homeless. However, that never happened. It’s been over 5 years so far, and I am now the biggest boss at the little Heating and A/C service dealer. My associate and I have tripled in size over the past few years, and I direct over 25 individual ventilation specialists each day! Rather than losing my task and my shirt thanks to a failed small business, I have been instrumental in growing this miniscule heating and cooling service shop into a bustling and renowned ventilation dealer. I’ve acquired more through hands-on learning in the exotic Heating and A/C industry than I ever could have learned at a major corporation.
