The new ventilation ducts are amazing

Working with a deep fat fryer in the diner comes with a ton of downsides. I would never have one of these things in the condo, because they make such a mess and generate an ungodly smell. At labor I have no choice. This diner is locally famous for its french fries and chips. The owners and I offer eight different types of french fries, including a sweet potato fry which is quite delicious. I must admit that after being here for so many years, I have stopped eating fried foods entirely, now they turn our stomach. As wicked as the heat can be while sitting over the fryer, the worst section is the indoor air quality. The entire diner reeks of grease and scorched oil, which is why the bosses put in a very extravagant new ventilation method to clear the air. I have to say that the new ventilation method makes all the difference in the world. The air quality in the study room smells as fresh as a cool breeze, even when I am sitting right over the deep fat fryer. There has never been air conditioning in the diner, but surprisingly the new ventilation method helps with that, too. By lowering the humidity levels, eliminating the grease and smoke it makes the air quality so much more legit that I don’t mind the heat. Wiping out the grease from the air ducts is not fun, but it’s worth it.
