Owning a beach house means there’s many things to take care of each year… Perhaps my least number one is repairs and servicing different appliances; I’ve constantly desired to own a house, however I never knew how much labor homeowners have to do.
If it’s not one thing, it’s the other that needs immediate attention, then being a busy corporation person means I’m rarely at beach house and at times even travel! So, it’s not a surprise that I tend to find out the dishwasher is faulty or the sizzling water is out when I need it… The rest of the time no one is beach house to use these items and note an issue before it gets worse, however about 2 years ago, I was taking a 2 month break to reuse from an illness and stayed at home; During that time, I had to use the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan to cool the house.
At first, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit was okay and the beach house felt appealing. But a few nights later, I started to notice there was less and less cool air blowing into the house. It had been some time since I had an expert come to inspect the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. So, I figured it was time to do so since I was beach house and it’s not straight-forward staying indoors in Summer without air conditioning. I contacted an section Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit and that’s when I met Diana. She has been a lifesaver and one of the best Heating, Ventilation, and A/C experts I have ever met, but on our first meeting, she had to replace a run down and grimmy air filter… Now, she constantly gives myself and others a call when it’s almost time to service the unit. That way, I don’t have to rely on a faulty plan to keep my beach house comfortable.
