Bacteria in the air ducts

For the past week I’ve noticed that every time I walk into my cabin I’ve been feeling sick, for a while I was thinking that it was just allergies however after that I started attaching the dots that I only started to feel this way when I walked into my cabin in addition to I did not feel this way when I was outside, however i thought that maybe it was just because my air filter has not been changed, I had not used a HEPA filter in quite a while in addition to those are actually great at keeping my indoor air quality clean, however the times when I haven’t used them I’ve had problems with my allergies acting up in addition to so I put in a current HEPA filter thinking that would take care of the issue, however, I found that even when I was over at a friend’s cabin or at my family’s place I was no longer having symptoms. It did not make any sense to me. I could not understand why even with the HEPA filter, I was having these symptoms. I was start to suppose that I was going to need to make an appointment with my doctor, however after that I decided to go ahead in addition to try one more thing first. I had not checked on my air ducts in a while in addition to so I decided to schedule an appointment with a local heating in addition to A/C corporation in addition to have them come out in addition to take a look at it. I wanted to see if it was something that could be in the Heating and A/C that was causing it; When the heating in addition to cooling worker came out of here he took one look at my heat in addition to A/C air ducts in addition to he told me that I had mold in there. I was shocked in addition to horrified at the same time! I had been breathing in mold spores this entire time, no wonder I was feeling so sick. I had the air ducts cleaned particularly thoroughly in addition to I stayed out of my cabin for a week before returning, and once I returned everything was back to normal in addition to I could live in my cabin once again.
