Wow, I can’t believe just how great this new heating and cooling equipment is. We are experiencing the best quality heating and air that we’ve ever enjoyed with this new residential HVAC. And that’s saying something given how great the old HVAC unit was. We had that thing installed when we moved in and made sure that it got all the heating and cooling maintenance it was supposed to get. There was the heating maintenance done by an HVAC professional each Fall that helped keep our heating costs down. And in the Spring, the HVAC technician came back out to get the heat pump ready for the Summer with an air conditioning tune up. For more than 27 years, the central air conditioning in our home never waivered for a second. Any time we needed heating and cooling comfort, that HVAC unit would respond. But once the utility costs began to spike, we knew it was time to replace the HVAC equipment. Man, it’s hard to describe just all the benefits we’re now getting from our heating and cooling. For one, I love all the HVAC technology. We have zone controlled HVAC which is awesome when it comes to customizing the heating and cooling in our home. And the smart thermostat allows me to no longer have to worry with the digital thermostat at all. HVAC technology advancements are also part of us saving so much on heating and cooling costs with the high SEER rating on the residential HVAC. We are just so pleased to be enjoying the sort of heating and air conditioning that we had only dreamed of.
