I can leave my home and the heat pump before dawn

So now I am on the cusp of Summer, I’ll start the changes by going to sleep earlier and rising much earlier

Things are about to change in my life. That’s the reality at this time every year. It’s almost time for the oppressive heat and humidity of this area becoming a full time deal for about four months. That means I must start changing how I work, when I sleep, when I wake up and when I train outside. Basically, the level of heat in this region rules out almost all forms of exercise during the peak heating hours of the afternoon. At least that goes for people of my age. Even those who are younger and healthier should rethink going for a run at lunchtime. But I see it happening a lot. My office is in my household where I work remotely for a sizable corporation. This setup is sort of the best of both worlds. I’m still working for a sizable company so I get that paycheck every two weeks and am eligible for a biweekly bonus based on the quality of my work. But the fact that I work from the cabin allows me the chance to change things up when it comes to my schedule. I don’t normally have online meetings yearly but that’s the only thing I must schedule around. So now I am on the cusp of Summer, I’ll start the changes by going to sleep earlier and rising much earlier. Waking up before dawn allows me to get out of the air conditioning for a run or a bike ride. Then, I can sit and get into my workday duringside the comfort of the central AC of my home.
