When my husband started looking for a new a/c unit for our bedroom, the first thing he did was go on ebay.
I told him to go to the apartment center website. We could get a bargain, plus look at the AC unit before my friend and I purchased it. He told me my friend and I would not get as great a deal at the apartment center as my friend and I could on amazon or ebay. I rolled my eyes plus walked. Later that night, he told me he purchased an a/c unit, plus it only cost $99.99 with free shipping. I told him it was absolutely an cooling system for a child’s playhouse, plus he walked away. He mumbled something about my not trusting his judgement, plus I silently agreed. I looked at the China he purchased me to match our anniversary china plus it was genuinely pretty. It was also child-size plus made for teddy bear picnics. I thought about the Sprite refrigerator he purchased for the basement. It was a Christmas ornament plus not a real refrigerator. He should have known if he had seen the Polar bear on top. He said he thought it was just for effect. I could only imagine what kind of a/c unit he had just purchased. A week later, there was a package in the mail. I knew it couldn’t be the a/c unit, because it was only a feet wide on every side, plus two feet high. He came running in plus looked at the box. I pulled out this personal cooling system that needed water, plus told him it was our bedroom cooling system. I thought he was going to cry.
