Cold sea swim and hot space heaters

Jeez it feels like everything in my body is falling apart.

Now my right eye is not seeing clearly up close, along with having the flu.

I had problems with both shoulders the past few years with dislocations repeatedly, and four months ago an MRI of my knees revealed there is no more cartilage left in them from years of volleyball. My right elbow is hurting from tennis elbow, which is ironic because I don’t play tennis. I guess when you hit 56 years old your body starts to fall apart if you played sports for 50 years. My HVAC tech dad got me into wrestling when I was 5 years old, competing at other schools in air conditioned wrestling halls, which got me injured many times due to the brutality of the sport. I also did about five other sports full tilt including; long distance cycling, beach volleyball, street fighting, and skydiving. Working as an HVAC tech is proving to be tougher these days with all of the injuries I’ve sustained over the years, so now I will slow it down with the sports so I can keep working for the heating and cooling corp for six more years before I can kick it down a notch. I think I have it in me to work six more years at this pace without too much ado, but I need to slow it down with the volleyball and just focus on my drumming and singing in the band. I’ve worn many hats in my day and when my time is done I won’t have too many things left on the bucket list.
