Learning Spanish could save me from future loneliness

We are in the middle of May now and life is starting to transition a bit here.

I need to get back to my Spanish practice to make it easier to communicate with my future Spanish wife. Unfortunately, getting sick 7 days ago derailed all that from happening. Apparently, I’ve been too sick to keep learning the language and I’ll have to restart whenever I feel good again. I see all of these pretty ladies walking around but it is impossible to talk to them unless it is shallow talk using the few words that I know. The weather is warming up as summer time approaches and I am considering talking with some of the Heating and cooling A/C experts to come into the store instead of re-directing customers to another heating company rep who can speak the language fluently. At the age of 60 years old, it’s clear that looks aren’t on my side too, so learning the language is going to be key to meeting someone. If this doesn’t work, I may end up being lonely or living with my cats instead. With the kind of determination I have, I believe I can work on it and even master everything within six more months. This will be the first step to me living happily ever after with my beautiful senorita! There is a possibility that we will meet at the heating company store. Alternatively, the meetup could happen when I am resting close to the a/c in a beach bar with friends as I play our band songs. Either way, I still have to learn how to speak Spanish before my dreams can come to pass. But I’m not desperate to meet someone; only that it would be great to meet someone in the near future.
