Annual home inspections are needed for rental properties

As the owner of a home management contractor, I have learned that I need to have a few emergency contacts on call! For instance, I have a plumber, a handyman, an electrician, plus an Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker, who are there for emergency repair when I need it, however part of my task as a home employer is home repair, & making sure that all the tenants are comfortable inside their apartments & homes! Over the years, whenever I had an issue inside a unit, I made sure that it was fixed within a short amount of time! In addition, I correctly perform annual home inspections to make sure that all the appliances are diagnosed & are in wonderful condition, and during these annual home inspections, I have my handyman & Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker perform repair on the appliances that need to be evaluated & diagnosed every year.

It is important to have annual home inspections because the inspection helps to identify any concerns, which could potentially save some currency in the long run. During these annual home inspections, the tenants usually tell us about any additional concerns with the unit, however typically, I don’t need to use my plumber or my electrician, however once in a while, I will have a problem that requires their level of comprehension… My handyman & my Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker handle most of the other fixes or problems that the units might have. Once all the appliances are evaluated, the next step is to make all the repairs or upgrade all the appliances that are old & old. This process has worked for my home management contractor, & all the tenants are usually pleased with our level of service.
