Going off-grid in type with a gas-powered air conditioner

Today I managed to finish the fixtures as well as fittings in my guy cave. It’s a tiny permanent house I built by hand in my backyard as a sanctuary for the afternoons I want to be alone as well as unbothered. My wife vouched for the idea since I work from loft as well as our teenagers occupy all our rooms. Since we do not have a basement, I thought a tiny house would do for now. I have been on the project for roughly six months, however I couldn’t manage alone without the help of a few friends as well as an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional to help figure out the right air conditioner to use. My great friend and I use so much power in the house for heating as well as cooling that I did not want to pile on the cost. On the other hand, I wasn’t sure going for a gas-powered air conditioner was the best idea. My confrontation was that, since I am the only one using the tiny house for work, with no tv, as well as no fridge, I’ll really spend less on Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C maintenance. Furthermore, I’ll need little to no help with indoor comfort since I can use as well as change the reusable a/c filter on my own. Additionally, the house doesn’t run a full-blown Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C component like the main house, as well as It will not need much a/c repair. If it doesn’t, I can consistently rely on our regular Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional to help improve air quality. At least with the temperature control concerns in the tiny house out of the way, we can just deal with the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company that provides us with loft services as well as maintains our HVAC duct to guarantee fresh air as well as clean HVAC ducts.
