We rent out a home trailer across the road from our home as well as usually my wonderful friend and I get genuinely wonderful renters! My associate and I have never had any trouble at all with our renters until recently.
I don’t know why my wonderful friend and I ended up with duds this time, however these men have been bad the whole time that they have been living there; They tore up the plumbing several different times as well as they blamed it on us.
I know for a fact that it was them that tore things up by flushing things that they shouldn’t have, however they would never disclose it to us. I know they were afraid that my wonderful friend and I would make them pay for the disfigurements, which my wonderful friend and I would have! I know they are smarter than my wonderful friend and I provide them credit for. I am so mad about this whole Heating as well as A/C thing that I could just scream. I don’t genuinely know what to do about it either. If my wonderful friend and I kick them out then they are just going to cause more problems for us so I feel like my wonderful friend and I are basically just trapped when it comes to the whole thing. I would love to get rid of them as well as get someone else into that property, however that’s not the way things go when you are renting a place out; My associate and I are basically stuck with them. And worse than that, my wonderful friend and I are going to have to put in a new control machine as well as a new Heating as well as A/C system too! I just feel like my wonderful friend and I are going to be throwing money down the drain, though. As soon as my wonderful friend and I put in a new control machine as well as a new Heating as well as A/C system, these annoying people will entirely just tear that stuff up too.
