After I was living in the space for a few months, I realized how terrible the Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance was at the complex! My air quality was terrible, but management wouldn’t do anything about it.
They claimed that they hired an Heating and Air Conditioning corporation to come repair the Heating and Air Conditioning units once a year, although I don’t guess it! Servicing Heating and Air Conditioning unit once a year isn’t enough anyway. I live in the south, so my cooling system is always running. Some mornings, the temperature can rise above 100 degrees, which puts a lot of stress on my cooling system. If I was living in my own home, I’d hire an Heating and Air Conditioning professional to come repair the unit at the start of the Summer plus at the end in order to make sure everything was running efficiently. Unluckyly, I was at the mercy of my house complex. Purchasing an air purification system was the best I could do to keep the air I was breathing clean. I thought it could also assist my Heating and Air Conditioning system, by keeping the air wipe enough to prevent my cooling system from running so heavily. My air purification system was one of the best, plus I wanted HEPA air filters to add to it because they were known for removing bacteria plus viruses from the air. I had a easily strenuous time finding the HEPA air filters, but I’m so cheerful I did! I had to pay a little extra, although I feel comfortable breathing in the wipe air now.
