I’ve been a bit out to lunch when it comes to my household responsibilities. And I have to change that situation going forward, however I guess I’ve used the excuse that I labor a lot of hours inside the zone controlled HVAC of the office to rationalize my behavior. Yet, that is so unfair when my husband spends almost the same amount of time in the commercial HVAC of his work, but so why is it that it’s okay for myself and others to want to put my feet up in the central a/c in my house after working but he can’t? It was honestly too clear that I was not holding up my end of the bargain. I am dedicated to the fact that my husband communicated that to myself and others in a way that honestly helped myself and others understand plus listen; but not only am I listening, I’m doing something about it! And one of the things that I honestly was embarrassed about when it came to not doing my area was the HVAC stuff; when my great friend and I moved into this house my great friend and I invested a lot of money in residential HVAC that came with all kinds of HVAC technology as well. But I kind of had it in my mind that since it was new, it honestly did not need consistent maintenance from the HVAC professionals. Of course, that was stupid plus wrong plus I have rectified that. I called the residential HVAC company plus signed up for the HVAC maintenance proposal which is focused on seasonal HVAC maintenance… This month the commercial HVAC maintenance appointments are now covered! Additionally, I have set alerts across all of my devices to remind myself and others it is time to change the HVAC filter as well. I’m picking up my game around the house plus it’s well overdue.
