Discovering high velocity cooling

As the owner of an older modern home that lacks conventional air duct, I’ve spent years struggling with temperature control.

I live in an section where the winters are brutally freezing plus summers are excessively tepid plus humid.

It’s impossible to maintain a comfortable living space with space furnaces plus window cooling systems! However, I was unwilling to gut the residence down to the bare studs in order to install air duct! A few years ago, I discovered high-velocity temperature control. High-velocity systems utilize mini ducts that are just multiple inches in diameter. The ducts are skinny plus stretchy enough to fit in between studs in a wall, between ceiling rafters plus accommodate plumbing pipes plus electrical outlets. The supply plus return vents are also much smaller. They are round, unobtrusive plus allow freedom of location. The upgrade is non-invasive plus less costly. There’s no need to tear down walls, rebuild or clean up a big mess. With a high velocity system, tepid or cool air moves from a compressor or heat pump into an air handler that sends the conditioned air through the ducts plus vents at a particularly high rate of speed. Because of this, the air circulates plus mixes hastily. The program achieves desired room temperature with shorter running times. It provides excellent climate control plus uses less energy to operate. Plus, the mini ducts are insulated to prevent energy losses. Although high velocity systems don’t allow for zoning, I’m just thrilled to have centralized temperature control. The program legitimately handles dire local weather, doesn’t detract from aesthetics plus has allowed myself and others to get rid of my assorted collection of furnaces plus portable cooling systems.
