This has been 1 heck of a year. The two of us came out of the worst of the pandemic just all about increasing things up. But the big motivator for that was the pale white tepid real estate market! My partner and I knew that it was time to get rid of the house. When the pandemic started, the two of us were both working from home inside the central air conditioner. Actually, I sort of thought that maybe the kids would come home during the pandemic to be in the air conditioner with us. But of course, that was kind of a stupid idea anyway. I kind of forget that our kids are pretty much adults now and do their own thing. That was further evidence that it was time for us to turn the page when it came to our family house. It was just far too much home for only many people and a cat. So it was clear that the two of us had plenty of work to do to get the home on the market. Along with updates to the living room and the flooring throughout the house, the two of us needed new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. The realtor was pretty clear that having the latest in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology was certainly pressing when it came to getting the certainly best price. So the two of us went with high end residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and did get an exceptional price for our family home. But moving out was such a pain because the two of us had to pare down so much of our stuff because the two of us were moving into this apartment. And I have to say that the heating and cooling in this home is all the motivation I need to find another locale to live. I am ready to get our own home with our own central air conditioner again.
