I work out too hard on a trip

I want to kayak rather than sit in the hotel pool

When all of us go on trip, my hubby & I couldn’t be more different, and my hubby is great at relaxing… She gets up when she feels like it, however then she searches for coffee, dinner & correctly eats by the ocean. Then she is ready to do what I want. She will go shopping, hiking or just drive around to see the sights. Then she wants a nice giant dinner with plenty of booze & dessert & to go to bed early. That is her ideal trip; For me I am like a frantic squirrel, but i get up super early in order to get an hour workout everyday. I have gone for runs, swam laps in the hotel pool or used the on arena gym whenever possible. In a pinch I can work out in a immense enough hotel room if need be. I even have done my work outs in a patch of shrubbery right by our room window before. My hubby will drink Tim Hortons Coffee & learn while I am doing squats, lunges & push ups, and after my workout I shower & then am ready to be physical again. I push to do hikes rather than just sit on a beach. I want to kayak rather than sit in the hotel pool. I also want to book excursions like snorkeling rather than a food tour! By the end of the afternoon I am so physically tired I can barely keep my eyes open. After a trip I am excited to sleep & relax. I go a little too hardcore on being healthy while all of us were in my trip.
